We proposed a consolidated LCL (less-than-container-load) scheme: the client ships batches as goods become ready, and we combine them into a single container to optimize freight cost. For storage-sensitive categories we selected the appropriate transport mode and packaging.
The main route runs through the Port of Gdynia in Poland, from where the goods reach Northern European markets. We standardized the export documentation package for each shipment to speed up processing and avoid delays at the border and in port.
Because demand for agricultural goods is seasonal, we built the logistics scheme to scale: more frequent shipments and larger volumes at peak, and a flexible schedule off-season with no overpaying for a half-empty container.
The result was a regular, predictable and cost-efficient export flow that grew alongside the client's sales in the European market.
